Swansea Museum

The ceramics gallery has been closed for the last few weeks as its undergoing a much needed overhaul. Of course, this inevitably coincided with an increased number of visitors travelling long distances to see the ceramics! It’s always the way. The billious green colour that has adorned the walls for decades has gone, to be replaced by a shade entitled ‘arsenic’ of all things (which is still green, but a vast improvement on its predecessor).

This is the all new Swansea Museum web-log, intended to keep visitors, including those who use the Swansea Heritage site up to date with what is happening at Swansea Museum. We intend to include news and photographs about events, new donations and other items of interest which arise.
